All-Wheel Drive

Tesla All-Wheel Drive uses independent front and rear motors for improved performance and traction in all conditions, enabling lightning-fast response from the accelerator pedal. Unlike traditional engines, Tesla’s motors and powertrain require no scheduled maintenance for the lifetime of ownership.

Tesla Mobile App

Remotely control and monitor your Tesla with Phone Key keyless driving, range & charging status, climate control, live GPS location and more. You can even schedule service and monitor your entire Tesla ecosystem, including power flow from Powerwall or from Solar Roof and Solar Panels.

Tow Hitch

High strength steel tow bar with a removable adapter. With 2,268 kilograms of towing capacity, you can easily bring your bike or ski carrier on your next road trip.

Automatic Doors

Front doors automatically open as you approach with your phone. Easily close the driver’s door with a tap of the brake pedal, and control the Falcon Wing Doors, front boot and rear liftgate from the center display or your Tesla Mobile App.

Panoramic Windshield

The largest all glass panoramic windshield in production provides a seamless view of the stars and sky above. Optimised solar tinting and an obstruction-free view creates unlimited visibility for the driver and up to six passengers.

Interior Layouts

Model X offers five, six and seven-seat configuration options – each enabling a functional and comfortable cabin experience.

Model X Plaid is available only in six seat configuration.

Three Displays

With 2200 x 1300 resolution, true colors and exceptional responsiveness, an adjustable 17” display tilts left or right for gaming, movies and more. A second display in front of the driver features the most essential vehicle driver information, including Full Self-Driving Visualization, while a third display second-row screen provides even more entertainment and control for rear passengers.

Game from Anywhere

Up to 10 teraflops of processing power enables in-car gaming on-par with today’s newest consoles via Tesla Arcade. Wireless controller compatibility allows gaming from any seat.

Tri-Zone Climate Controls

Airflow and temperature are controlled entirely through the displays without any physical vents. On hot days, Cabin Overheat Protection ensures interiors always stay cool. In cold weather, pre-conditioning automatically warms the cabin and prepares the battery for maximum range.

Yoke Steering

The ultimate focus on driving: no stalks, no shifting. With a stalkless steering yoke, you can enjoy both the best SUV to drive, and the best SUV to be driven in.

22-Speaker Audio

A 22-speaker, 960-watt audio system offers the best listening experience at home or on the road, and new microphones enable active noise cancelling.

Easy Charging

Charge anywhere there is electricity. Most range used for daily driving can be topped off using the Mobile Connector Bundle and an approved outlet, or upgrade to a Tesla Wall Connector for the best home charging experience. For long distance travel, Model X adds up to 175 miles of range in just 15 minutes on Tesla’s Supercharger network.

Sentry Mode

An exclusive protection feature called Sentry Mode continuously monitors the vehicle’s surroundings when you leave your Tesla unattended. When activated, Sentry Mode arms and uses the vehicle’s external cameras to detect and help protect against potential threats, similar to home alarm systems. Live Camera, available with Premium Connectivity, lets you remotely view your car’s surroundings while in park, and also honk, flash and talk through the car’s speaker. Live Camera is end-to-end encrypted and cannot be accessed by Tesla.

Real Storage

Model X offers up to 91 ft³ of cargo space, including a secure front boot, and can seat up to 7 adults. The front boot can fit a full-size carry-on suitcase, and the rear seats can fold flat at the press of a button, opening up the rear cargo area and under-floor storage for maximum flexibility to fit any lifestyle.

Basic Autopilot

Included with every new Tesla, Autopilot enables your car to steer, accelerate and brake automatically for other vehicles and pedestrians within its lane. There to assist with the most burdensome parts of driving, Autopilot works alongside features like emergency braking, collision warning and blind-spot monitoring.

ENHANCED AUTOPILOT

Auto Lane Change

While driving on the motorway, Automatic Lane Change will position your car in the optimal lane to prepare for merges and exits while overtaking slow cars. Drivers are given clear insight to upcoming lane changes as well as customisation to Auto Lane Change functionality.

Navigate on Autopilot

Automatic driving from motorway on-ramp to off-ramp includes automatic lane changes, Traffic-Aware Cruise Control with complete stopping and re-engagement, Autosteer, and overtaking slow cars in your lane.

Autopark

Park with ease in both parallel and perpendicular parking spaces with a single button tap on the Center Display. Model X will alert you to available parking spots by continuously monitoring the space around you.

Smart Summon

Activated by the Tesla App, your parked car will come find you and even park or unpark itself in tight spaces. Smart Summon navigates complex parking situations while abiding by lane markings and stop signs, avoiding pedestrians and obstacles like traffic cones, rubbish bins and rogue shopping trolleys.
